Q: What is Karaoke?
A: Karaoke is a party and event entertainment option that allows you and your guests to sing a song to the lyrics and music of the original artist. The artists vocals are removed from the song so that you can sing them.

Q: Should I select karaoke for my next function?
A: Karaoke is a great addition for parties and can be a great way to get your guests interacting and having fun. It is a choice that you can make depending on the type of party you are planning.

Q: Do you offer karaoke for corporate events?
A: Yes. We have karaoke packages to cater for all events including corporate events. View our karaoke packages page for more info.

Q: What area’s do you cater for?
A: We cater for Johannesburg, Pretoria, Gauteng as well as surrounding provinces. Enquire for more info to see if you area is covered.

Q: Do you offer karaoke for kids parties.
A: Yes. We have a number of kids karaoke packages. Feel free to contact us or view our packages for more info.

Q: I have booked a DJ only package, can I upgrade it to karaoke?
A: Yes. Simply let us know and we will check for availability then we can upgrade your package for you.

Q: How many microphones are supplied with your karaoke packages?
A: You can check how many microphones come with your karaoke package by viewing your quote. For more info let us know and we will be glad to assist.

Q: What happens if I would like to take a break from the karaoke?
A: If you package includes a DJ then all you have to do is let your DJ know and he will play music for you in between karaoke breaks. If you have selected a package without a DJ then you can plug in your iPod or laptop and play some music using your auxiliary cable.

Q: Can I view your karaoke songs before my function?
A: Yes. You may view our karaoke packages. A download link is available for you to download the song lists.

Q: I have made a booking and would like to change the date?
A: Let us know and we will check for availability on the requested dates.

Q: I have cancelled my function, can I get a deposit refund?
A: Due to the nature of our business once we take your booking we reject all other bookings for that day. The day will be reserved to you as we do not double book dates. Should you cancel your booking then your deposit is non-refundable. If you have paid the full amount on your quote then we will refund you 50% of your payment.
