Q: Why do I need a professional DJ at my function?
A: A Partymix professional DJ will be timely, play your requested music, have professional sound equipment and be ready to make your function a success.

Q: When do I need to book my DJ?
A: Usually once you have secured your venue then this is a good time to book your DJ, wedding DJ, karaoke or conference sound.

Q: How do I make a booking?
A: First thing you will have to do is check for availability with us. Once this is done you can fill out your booking form and send it back us. We will then send your confirmation of your booking via SMS and email.

Q: What will your DJ require from us on the day?
A: We require a table (approx. size 2m x 1m or anything similar to a trestle table) with a table cloth and a chair. We will also require a standard power outlet within 15m of the nearest power outlet.

Q: I have a function that is taking place next year. Can I still book a DJ?
A: Yes. You are welcome to reserve a DJ. Usually once you have confirmed your venue.

Q: Which area’s do you cover?
A: We cover the following area’s: Johannesburg, Pretoria, Gauteng as well as surrounding provinces. Enquire to find out if your area is covered.

Q: What type of parties do you cater for?
A: We cater for birthday parties, corporate events, weddings, launches, dances, theme parties and just about any function where music is required.

Q: Should I feed my DJ?
A: You are not required to supply a meal for your DJ. However if you can it will always be appreciated.

Q: Can I request songs from the DJ?
A: Absolutely. Just let you DJ know what songs you will like and he will play them for you.

Q: Can I rent additional sound for my party from you?
A: Yes. Just let us know your requirements and we will be glad to assist.

Q: Do you DJ packages come with lighting?
A: Yes. Our DJ packages come with a lighting kit. Check your package for details.

Q: How do I make a booking?
A: You may contact us and we will arrange a booking for you.

Q: I have made a booking and would like to change the date?
A: Let us know and we will check for availability on the requested dates.

Q: I have cancelled my function, can I get a deposit refund?
A: Due to the nature of our business once we take your booking we reject all other bookings for that day. The day will be reserved to you as we do not double book dates. Should you cancel your booking then your deposit is non-refundable. If you have paid the full amount on your quote then we will refund you 50% of your payment.
